The new Renault R5, officially named Renault 5 E-Tech Electric, is a retro-inspired, fully electric city car for 2025 that combines classic French style, lively driving dynamics, and modern technology.​

Powertrain & Range

• Two battery options: 40 kWh (95–120 hp) and 52 kWh (150 hp).​

• Range (WLTP): 300 km (40 kWh), up to 400–410 km (52 kWh).​

• Charging: 15–80% in ~30 minutes (DC fast charging, 80 kW for 40 kWh, 100 kW for 52 kWh).​

• Performance: top motor (150 hp, 245 Nm) accelerates 0–100 km/h in 8 seconds; top speed 150 km/h.​

Dimensions & Interior

• Length: 3.92 meters, width with mirrors: 2.02 meters, height: 1.50 meters.​

• Boot capacity: 326 liters (maximum 959 liters with seats folded).​

• Seats: Five, with premium options and Google-based infotainment system featuring virtual assistant “Reno,” wireless Android Auto/Apple CarPlay, and advanced dashboard screens.​
